We are a contemporary alternative to traditional funeral services. We are a new approach to an old undertaking. The relationships we develop with our client families are real. We offer those we serve the opportunity to create their own traditions. Although Life Transitions may not be an alternative for everyone, we believe that everyone deserves a fair value option.
We saw the real need for a new choice for funeral services.
2016 we hit the ground running and have not slowed down since.

The event will also feature the 2026 Chatham-Kent Senior Volunteer of the Year Award. All of this year's nominees will be recognized during the conference, with the award recipient announced at the event.
