Progress at our rebuild near Liverpool.

After the original home was lost to fire, we’re rebuilding not only the home, but the hardscape surrounding it as well.

The stonework is now taking shape, including the retaining walls the beautiful new steps, with the ocean literally just steps from the house.

It’s great to see the property beginning to come back together.

Some pretty impressive stonework taking shape at one of our Chester Builders projects.

These natural stone retaining walls have completely changed this property and are such a great fit with the surrounding landscape.

Here’s another little teaser from our garage loft project!!

This bathroom didn’t exist before, and we’re loving how it’s coming together. We still need to hang the LED mirror, install the custom glass shower door, and add the finishing bathroom accessories, but can we take a minute to appreciate our client’s design style?

The mix of herringbone floor, pebble shower tile, warm wood vanity and gold fixtures work so beautifully together.

Can’t wait to show you the completed finished spaces.

This room had plenty of character, but all that wood made it feel dark and dated. Our goal was to brighten it up while keeping the warmth that suited the space in this garage loft.

A new fireplace, custom built-ins, white washed walls and carefully retained wood details completely changed the look and feel of the room.

From soft blue and muted green to a bold navy, each room is starting to take on a personality of its own.

One of the best parts of building a custom home is seeing our clients’ choices come together because a home should feel like theirs!!!
