That very same naturalist’s eye inspired our Under Hill Suite. We traded traditional architecture for the organic curves of twisting tree roots and hand-painted wallpaper, creating a subterranean sanctuary that feels drawn directly from her classic ink-and-wash sketches.

A Million Eyes On The Burrow

Last week we posted a short clip of our Under Hill Suite, expecting it to quietly drift away in the social media void. Instead, the video hit one million views. 😲

Which means a million thumbs paused their endless scroll to peek inside our little underground world of hand-carved concrete, sculpted roots, and fairy-tales.

Whether that was a million unique people or seven hypnotized souls watching it on a loop at 3:00 AM while waiting for their ramen to cool, who knows? But we honour both. 😉

Building this space by hand took years of sweat, and obsessive hard work.

It was designed for those of us who want desperately to log off and step into a hillside. 🙂 Seeing a real-world, steel-and-stone dream resonate so deeply with the digital world feels a little surreal.

In an age of shadow, a noble champion named Crown was blessed by Nyneve and sent to save the land. Deep in the valley, Crown met Aerca — a fierce dragon matriarch with scales of burnished copper. She did not devour the champion but inclined her head in fellowship, forging a legendary bond of fire and blood.

Thus arose the dragon riders called Shadow-Bane. For generations, every Crown child was cradled beside a dragon egg so their spirits might grow as one. Together, rider and drake cleansed the realm until the last shadow fell, and the weary dragons drifted into a deep slumber.

Yet legend whispers that Aerca still sleeps in a secret sanctuary beneath the Copper Crown Suite, awaiting a traveler of noble heart to bring magic roaring back to the world.

Crown loyalists swear it belonged to an aristocratic line of dragon-riding princesses, while others insist it was built by the Coppers — hardworking folk who farmed hazelnuts in Yarrow's soil.
