HOW I EAT NOW ❤️
Fast and furious lunches make for a successful afternoon full of energy 💪 over 30 grams of protein (145g salmon) cooked in the air fryer @ 170F for 20 mins., 4 cups of steamed kale & baby bok choy (Micronutrient and Antioxidant Boosters) 1/2 a orange sweet pepper, 2 celery sticks for a fun crunch, with a sprinkle of micro greens & red onion shavings topped with salt & pepper with a drizzle of olive oil, apple cider vinegar and balsamic for an extra jazz of flavour!

A lunch time staple in my daily bowl that helped me drop 30lbs of unwanted stubborn fat and it’s still off after 6months! I’m still working on lowering my visceral fat and subcutaneous fat ❤️ so it’s important to make diet implements to avoid unwanted health risks!
