Pan seared BC halibut on smooth fennel cream, accompanied by golden fondant potatoes. Bright pops of briny ikura and a delicate dill oil brings balance, while preserved lemon adds a whisper of citrus for a bright finish.

The Filberg Summer Kitchen is looking for kitchen staff!

We are looking to expand our small team with a Sous-Chef, a Cook and a Dishwasher.

We are currently hosting high-end, multi-course dinners (set menu, 1 seating, up to 16 people) on Fridays and Saturdays. A typical work week at the moment is Wednesday - Saturday.
In May, we open back up to full operation and will be open Thursday - Sunday (staff working days would be Wednesday - Sunday).

We are a small team who are highly focused on quality, consistency and creativity. We pride ourselves on from-scratch cooking and we source our ingredients from local farmers, fisherpeople & producers.

These are 4-day/week positions with the potential to grow to full-time positions later in the spring.
