Oh, how a single day can hold so much contrast, how life holds both sorrow and joy in the same breath.

In the morning, I photographed a farewell and in the afternoon, a baby dedication and first birthday celebration.

One family remembering a life well lived, another celebrating a life just beginning. ❤️🙏🏻

I don't usually share photos from funeral services as it feels like a deeply personal moment for families, and I prefer to stay behind the camera.

But this one felt different.

I never had the privilege of knowing her personally, yet through the heartfelt eulogies, the stories shared, and the tears shed by those who loved her, it was clear she was an extraordinary woman. The sadness of her loss was matched only by the love she left behind.

Some lives leave such a lasting impact that even strangers can see it. Today was a beautiful reminder of that legacy.

Celebrating one beautiful year of love, laughter, cuddles, and watching both Mommy and her little flower bloom together. 🌸💗
