We’re only a couple of weeks in, but the fall semester already feels pretty exciting!

Our first library yoga session of the year was a big success! We learned yoga techniques to help us unwind and de-stress right in our workspaces, no fancy yoga gear required 😌 Thank you to everyone who came out!

(If you’re looking for more yoga, the library has yoga mats and yoga books you can borrow, too! Just ask at our service desk!)

Library Yoga is happening today from 3:30-4:00 pm at the back of our main floor, by the study rooms. See you soon!

Learn strategies to de-stress, right in your workspace! Join your librarian and yoga instructor Chelsea in the Grenfell Library for a free mindful movement break on Wed. Sept. 16 from 3:30-4:00 PM 😌 No experience, and no fancy yoga gear required - all are welcome! Bring your own mat or borrow one from the library's collection. (You can check out a mat from us, just like a book!)
