CFAST is an in-class and onsite Leadership/First Aid and emergency management service. We provide certified courses as a training partner of the Canadian Red Cross. CFAST also provides online OH&S and Medical Terminology courses. As the New "INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT CENTRE" for the Canadian Red Cross, CFAST is the go to location for Red Cross First Aid Instructor and FA Instructor Recertification Training on the West coast of NL.We will ensure you and your staff are prepared, feel safe and meet all WorkplaceNL and OH&S legislative requirements, Medical Authority restrictions and recommendations,and Canadian Red Cross Standards. We provide the following certifications in levels A, C, HCP/BLS
CPR with AED- 4 hours
BLS
Emergency first aid- 8 hours
Standard first aid - 16 hours
Basic Marine First Aid -16 hours

Hi everyone, I'm sending out this final full-time schedule as I prepare for my retirement. With that in mind, this will be the best time to get your 3-year certifications renewed before September. Let me know if you have any questions.

I can't tell u how many of.these air beds I have gone thru..use them they work great.. pack them up the way they say bring them out again and won't hold air..if anyone had a.special trick to fix these I have 2 queen size in great condition u can have ..they r packed up waiting for u...now I have to buy another one
