I’ll never not rate these 5/5 because it’s an obsession at this point.
I love the inhabitants of King’s Cove as much as those of Three Pines.
Two delightful Canadian lady authors giving us delightful murder mysteries from our West to Eastish coast.
If you have finished Louise Penny’s Gamache series… it’s time to start Lane Winslow. And if you haven’t started either one … well… I think it’s time you join the club. ✌️ 🇨🇦

I’m intrigued by all kinds of books! The library is full of treasures!

England dump:

We went to our favourite spots: Shaftesbury, Wardour Castle, Salisbury, Wilton.

And did some of our favourite things: seeing family, afternoon tea, playgrounds, walking, riding the bus.

And had some new experiences: Paulton’s Park, playing in the ocean in Poole. And made plans for “next time”.

Another wonderful trip and the kids did great.

Afternoon tea? Yes, please.

On this holiday I decided to try a cappuccino in every cafe we went to. The nicest one I had was in Poole by the seaside, which ended up being the perfect way to spend our final day with our family before flying home again; it was the first time the kids experienced ocean water, sand, and gathering seashells 🐚 🌊

We’ve already got a big list of things we need to do “next time”.
