A peek behind the curtain of Vancouver's largest construction project in the former Oakridge Centre The $4.5-billion Oakridge project by Vancouver developers Westbank and QuadReal will end with 14 towers.

Being able to use original materials from older houses is always a fun way to blend the old and the new and feels very rewarding as a contractor when you pull it off.

Keeping this archway off of the dining the dinning room creates a neat transition between rooms.

Also love how the light shines off of the archway paint to produce some unique highlights.

Found this brick chimney hidden behind a wall during the renovations so we had restore it. Such a cool look of the old heritage house blending with the modern kitchen.

Welcome to Casa Barrera

This is the largest project we've done to date which included renovating all 3 floors of a heritage house in East Vancouver and turning the bottom floor into a separate 2 bedroom basement suite.

We are so happy with how this project turned out and love this amazing new kitchen with a panel the blends seamlessly in with beautiful cabinet design.
