Last week, the QMM team had the opportunity to volunteer at Ronald McDonald House BC & Yukon in Vancouver. ❤️

Our team rolled up their sleeves and helped with meal preparation, serving dinner, and cleanup — doing our small part to support families who are going through an incredibly challenging time.

We’re proud to give back to the communities where we live and work, and grateful to the team at Ronald McDonald House for the opportunity to contribute.

A great evening with an even greater purpose.

Our QMM team — Roy Phelps, Jelena Capin and Nicole Dorion — has had a fantastic time connecting with so many interesting CERC members, catching up with industry friends and making new connections.

And, of course, we came prepared with our “QMM Conference Survival Kits.” 😴⚡️

Because after a full day of meetings, networking and events, eyemasks and electrolytes can definitely come in handy at an event like this!

Also part of our Customer Service team, Manna was recognized for stepping in and providing support while a colleague was away on vacation. Her willingness to take on additional responsibilities provided peace of mind and helped keep things running smoothly.

Labour Day is always a bit of a milestone in our industry — a sign that the busy summer moving season is gradually beginning to slow down and we can take a moment to reflect on everything accomplished over the past few months.

The summer of 2026 was another incredibly busy and successful one for QMM. That success is a direct result of the hard work and commitment of our employees, drivers, crews, and valued partners across Canada and beyond.

Thank you for the long days, dedication, flexibility, professionalism, and teamwork you brought to every move and every customer this summer. We appreciate everything you do to keep QMM moving.

Based out of our Edmonton office, Shaina joined QMM in 2021 as part of our Consumer Sales team before transitioning into her current role as Manager, Client Services. Today, she plays an important role in managing several of QMM’s marquee accounts and consistently delivers the level of professionalism, commitment, and attention to detail that our clients have come to expect.

Shaina is someone who takes great pride in her work, always puts the client first, and is a tremendous asset to the QMM team.
