Grown in our carefully controlled greenhouse environment, each eggplant transforms over several weeks from a delicate purple flower into the glossy, flavorful eggplant you know and love. Every step of the growing process is carefully monitored to help produce fresh, high quality eggplants that are ready to enjoy.

Last month, we reached an exciting milestone as we began planting in our new ultra lit greenhouse in Delta, British Columbia.
With this added capacity, we’re strengthening our ability to provide a year round supply of premium greenhouse grown vegetables while continuing to invest in controlled environment agriculture and advanced growing technology.
Stay tuned as we share the harvesting journey of this fresh crop in the weeks ahead.
