The Reiki Principals are always a nice reminder 🫶🏻 Just for today... I will not be angry, and worry. I will be grateful and work honestly. I will be kind to all!

Just for today, do not be angry.

Let go of resentment, frustration, and quick tempers. Anger poisons your own mind and body first.

Just for today, do not worry.

Release anxiety about the future. Trust that you can handle challenges as they arrive rather than borrowing trouble ahead of time.

Just for today, be grateful.

Appreciate your many blessings. Gratitude shifts your focus away from what you lack and opens your heart to contentment.

Just for today, work diligently (or honestly).

Bring integrity, sincerity, and effort to your job and your inner spiritual practice.

Just for today, be kind to others (and all living things)

Show compassion to all people, animals, and yourself, recognizing that we are all connected.

But on the flip side it's okay to have a moment, we are all human after all. But learning patience, and letting things go quicker each time will make your days better!

Must be the season of the witch 🖤🐦‍⬛
