Light Up The World is a Canadian registered charity committed to transforming lives through energy access. We bring solar power to remote, off-grid communities, replacing polluting fuel-based lighting and expensive single-use batteries with clean, reliable energy.

Her favorite Sirikit core value is Kaizen, the practice of continuous improvement and growth. With a career journey that has taken her from biology to safety coordination and now a marketing lead, Verena embraces opportunities to learn, adapt, and grow—both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Verena tending to her garden, spending time with her dog, Chloe, or diving into one of her many crafts and creative hobbies.

Ryan’s journey at Sirkit has taken him from our Service Team, into Compliance, and now into his role as a Proactive Specialist. Through every step, one thing has stayed the same: he genuinely cares about making things better for our clients and the people around him.

Ryan brings a great mix of technical knowledge, business sense, and positive energy to everything he does. His client interactions are always upbeat, thoughtful, and focused on creating the best possible experience. And internally? It’s pretty hard not to have a better day when Ryan’s around.

Since stepping into his new role, Ryan has continued to raise the bar. He’s constantly asking what more he can take on, what he can learn, and where he can help. Over the past month, he’s worked closely with Mike (vCIO partner) to guide several clients through significant infrastructure changes, helping them understand not only what we’re doing, but why it matters.

That combination of curiosity, ownership, technical ability, and genuinely caring about the outcome is what Sirkit is all about.
