Join our operations team as a Maintenance Technician supporting a high‑performing medical–professional facility in St. Albert. We’re looking for a motivated individual who is willing to learn, takes pride in their work, and contributes to a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained building environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine building maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general operations

Support preventive maintenance programs and daily inspections

Respond to tenant service requests with professionalism and urgency

Maintain clean, safe, and obstruction‑free mechanical and electrical rooms

Assist vendors as required

What We’re Looking For:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn technical skills

Basic mechanical aptitude; previous maintenance experience an asset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service
