A few years ago, I opened Floss Bosses because I thought owning my own clinic would give me more freedom and more time.
Cute. 🤣
Instead, I somehow turned a passion for prevention, airway health, breathing, sleep, oral function, and helping people into countless courses, late nights, notebooks full of ideas, and what appears to be… another clinic.
The truth is, the more I learned, the more I realized that oral health is only one piece of a much bigger puzzle.
So while I definitely have less free time than I planned, I’m incredibly excited about what’s coming next.
Something we’ve been quietly building behind the scenes.
Something that brings together breathing, sleep, function, and wellness.
Something that feels like the natural next step.

Over breathing is a thing.
