My garden cucumbers were coming in strong, so what better way to use them than making one of my favourites — Sweet Mustard Pickles! 😍
Sweet, tangy, mustardy and SO good! These are perfect alongside a sandwich, burger, roast dinner… or honestly, straight out of the jar! 😂🥒
I love turning what I grow in my garden into something we can enjoy later. 🌱❤️

He received these goodies from a customer and was sweet enough to bring them home to share with me. 🥰

🍪🍫 NUTELLA STUFFED COOKIES — PART 2! 🍫🍪
The frozen Nutella discs are ready… now let’s STUFF these cookies! 🤎
Flatten the cookie dough, place the frozen Nutella right in the middle, then wrap the dough around it and seal it completely. Flip it over so the smooth side is on top, shape it into a thick cookie, and press in those chocolate chips. 😍
Then it’s time for the oven… 🔥

Okay… these cookies are something ELSE! 😍
Crispy on the outside, soft and gooey in the middle — and that middle is packed with Nutella! 🤎
The secret? I freeze little discs of Nutella first, then tuck them right inside the cookie dough. 🤯
In Part 1, I’m showing you how I get these little Nutella surprises ready before they go into the cookie dough.
