Ever feel shaky, anxious, irritable, or like you’re having a panic attack when you haven’t eaten?
It might not be “just stress”… it could be your blood sugar.
Young women are more prone to reactive hypoglycemia, where blood sugar drops too low a few hours after a meal.
In a healthy, metabolically stable state, your body is designed to maintain stable blood glucose, even if you go longer between meals, by switching between using glucose and fat for fuel.

Outgrowing old versions of yourself can feel uncomfortable (at a minimum), messy, and sometimes a little disorienting - like losing your keys except the thing you can’t quite find anymore is the old familiar version of you.
And that doesn’t mean you’re moving in the wrong direction.
You’re allowed to outgrow things.
People. Patterns. Roles. Expectations.
Even group chats you muted three years ago but still somehow feel emotionally responsible for.
You’re even allowed to outgrow the version of yourself that once helped you survive.
And the truth is, growth and healing usually aren’t peaceful or pretty.
It’s less “perfectly curated journal entry and green juice energy” and more “who am I, why does everything feel unfamiliar, and why am I emotional in the grocery store?”
Sometimes it looks like grief.
Like anger.
Like finally telling the truth about what hurts, or admitting something no longer fits.
That discomfort you’re feeling doesn’t automatically mean you’re making the wrong decision.
Sometimes it’s just what honesty feels like before things settle into their new place.

“Is this just my new normal now?”
For generations, women were told to smile, stay quiet, and power through.
Discomfort?
“Just aging.”
Pain?
“Part of the deal.”
Not anymore.
If intimacy has become painful during perimenopause or menopause, that is common.
But it is not something you have to grin and bear.
Your body is changing. Hormones are shifting. And there are real, evidence-based solutions that can make a meaningful difference.
You deserve comfort.
You deserve pleasure.
You deserve better than “just live with it.”
If you’ve been quietly wondering what’s happening to your body and what can actually be done about it, come get informed.
🎬 Join us for The (M) Factor 2 screening and expert panel.
We’re having the conversation our mothers didn’t get to have.
Be in the room.
