Last week, we were pleased to join our partner, Synergy Projects Ltd. for Good Neighbour Events they hosted in Caernarvon and Belmont.

Driven by a shared commitment to bringing much-needed affordable housing to our city, Civida and Synergy are working together to deliver new mixed-income homes in Belmont. In Caernarvon, Civida, Synergy and the Confederacy of Treaty Six First Nations have partnered to deliver a new mixed-income building in the Caernarvon neighbourhood.

With new mixed-income affordable housing developments coming to both communities, opportunities like these help us get to know our neighbours and hear what matters to them.

We are committed to empowering individuals and families who will call Belmont and Caernarvon home, creating space where the diverse cultures within the community are celebrated and honoured, and individuals can gather, grow, and thrive.

Last week, residents, community partners, and Civida staff came together for the Stories Through Art showcase, celebrating creativity, community and connection.
