This is one aspect of my current job.

Me and the boys will be cleaning up this little “Comms Closet” ,as we call them, next week.

Remove some old stuff, adding some new cables. It’s fun!

Started my Residential course today, which began with a 90 minute, 100 question current knowledge assessment.

The next few months of study will be busy, and I look forward to diving into this content!

Boom.

On to Residential!

It’s Treadmill Tuesday! I just made that up…

I love to run, but with my bad lower back, I’ve been switching to incline walking and honestly I love it.

Anyway! I hope everyone had a great long weekend. Mine was busy as per usual but that’s what happened when you gonna for a month..it’s catch up time!

In other news, I have almost 100 followers and it would be pretty sweet to hit that triple digit!

I’m taking my Fundamentals of Real Estate exam next Friday.

If I wrote it today, I know I’d do well, but I’m choosing to use this extra time to sharpen my knowledge even further.

I refuse to treat this exam as a “speed bump” on the way to getting licensed. A lot of people look at tests and courses that way.

I choose to be a competent, knowledgeable professional, and it starts with mastering the Fundamentals.

So we were delayed in London 🇬🇧 for a day due to our flight from Stuttgart being delayed.

There is always a silver lining as I lucked out with the extreme leg room AND window seat for our rebooked flight to Calgary 🇨🇦

It’s going to be so nice to be back home!
