We wish we had magical powers… but unfortunately, once a package leaves our hands, Canada Post doesn’t accept “please pretty please” as a tracking update. 😅

We genuinely go above and beyond for every customer. If there’s a problem, we’re on the phone, sending emails, tracking down answers, and doing everything we can to help. Sometimes, though, there are situations that are simply out of our control.

Recently, a customer moved after placing their order, and their package was delivered to the original address. We reached out to the post office, explored every option, and tried everything we could. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a way to reroute or recover the parcel.

Trust us, if determination alone could redirect packages, we’d have a 100% success rate. 💛

At the end of the day, we’re a small Canadian business made up of real people who truly care. We celebrate the wins with you, we stress over the hiccups with you, and we’ll always do our absolute best to help, even when the answer isn’t the one either of us hoped for.
