Dance Power is a 100% Canadian company based out of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
We are one of the longest operating dance competitions in North America and have been in operation since 1992. We strive to create events that are professional, friendly, on-time and fun for everyone involved. We work diligently to ensure our events are stress free for the dancers, parents, studio owners and teachers and believe that doing so creates an environment where dancers can "show us their best".

🚨 WE HAVE BIG NEWS! 🚨
Following yesterday’s announcement that the Michael J. Fox Theatre doors will remain open to the public for another year, we are excited to announce that our former North Van 2 event will now be taking place back in BURNABY at the MICHAEL J FOX THEATRE from MAY 4-9. The MJF has been home to Dance Power since 2007 and we couldn’t be happier to be returning once again in our 35th season.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to sign the petition and show your support for the this theatre and the impact it has had on the arts community in Burnaby and beyond. We look forward to hosting all our studios and dancers in Burnaby next May.
