A Modern Prometheus

A few days ago, A Modern Prometheus performed at Temple alongside Splayed, Repugnant Scum, Killing Spree, and Sa****um. From start to finish, it was a magnificent night. We can't express our gratitude enough to Jade, Sputum Records, ConcertWorks, and The Starlite Room staff for organising and putting on such a special event to close off this week. A massive shoutout to our very own who performed in three bands over two days; Age of Ashes on Saturday, Repugnant Scum and us closing off the Sunday, an absolute monstrosity and legend behind the kit, raise a toast for the Blastsquatch. Despite the British weather hammering down for Edmonton for the last two weeks or so, it was a fantastic turnout and we're honoured that we all got to see Cam don the suit and begin this new chapter with A Modern Prometheus, what a debut it was. The crowd was immense, and we can not wait to show more art and nights of song with you again, so for now, thank you to all, and to all, goodnight.

More announcements in the AMP camp to be continued.

This Friday will end, not just a chapter in A Modern Prometheus, but quite a milestone. After 8 years in AMP, our fretless rascal will be moving on from this project. It is with absolute respect and goodwill over Mats' departure, and we truly wish him nothing but the absolute best. So much has happened in the 8 years with already a few lineup changes, performing at festivals and being invited to open up for Be'lakor. Mat has been integral for keeping the flame of this band alive, with commitment and loyalty for close to nearly a decade showing his devotion and longevity. Come support Mat as he dons the suit once more this Friday.

Thank you for everything Mat 🖤
