Interesting fact - Young kittens can have trouble flipping over because their muscles are still weak so they donāt have enough strength yet to turn themselves easily. Also, being on their back is not a natural position for themāthey are meant to stay on their tummy.

Sheās doing really well and honestly being such a good mama.
Right now the kittens mostly just sleep and eat, which is exactly what they should be doing at this stage. They look warm, calm, and happy.
