Here is what's on the agenda:

🚜 Day 1 (Sept 21): Site C Dam Tour – Go behind the scenes to see how physical reclamation, coarse woody debris placement, and high-tech, remote-operated seeding drones are being used on site! 🛸🌱

🚌 Day 2 (Sept 22): Conuma Resources Mine Tour – Travel to Tumbler Ridge to look at real-world rock dump re-sloping, topsoil placement, and environmental monitoring.

💡 Days 3 & 4 (Sept 23-24): Technical Sessions & Exhibit Hall – Dive into two full days of research presentation papers, community case studies, and our annual Awards Banquet & Dinner.

This fall, we’re handing them the mic. Not the engineers, the regulators, or even our amazing reclamation specialists, we’re talking about the furred, feathered, scaled, buzzing, and burrowing beings who show us what’s truly working on site.

For the upcoming CLRA Fall/Winter 2026 Issue, we want to hear how wildlife informs your practice. We are looking for scientific summaries, personal insights, and stories that highlight these creatures as our partners and teachers in the field.

Submissions are now officially open for presentations at the **2026 Atlantic Reclamation Conference (ARC2026), taking place from October 7-9, 2026, at the QPlex in Quispamsis, New Brunswick.

ARC2026 brings together Atlantic Canada’s brightest minds to network, collaborate, and share insights on reviving ecosystems impacted by resource, industrial, and commercial use.
