New Chapter Foundation (NCF) strongly believes in everyone's right to have basic needs and strives to shorten that gap between those resources and those in need of them. NCF works in the City of Edmonton on 2 Local projects: 1) Inner-City Youth Projects and 2) Homeless Aid Project. NCF fundraises, processes those funds, purchases food products, and then holds dinners for the Homeless population at the various shelters in Edmonton. For our latter project, NCF holds weekly Breakdancing programming (currently at Delton Elementary) to provide inner-city youth with a fun, nurturing environment and also holds a year-long Book Drive, where we collect used/old books and donate them to under resourced Inner-City Elementary Schools.
