CAPS

CAPS is a collaboration of groups, artists, business owners, art appreciators and individuals seeking to create and sustain a more vibrant and accountable street art culture. CAPS is not a gang and does not partake in illegal activities but rather it focuses on building a resilient street art culture that is well connected, and responsive to their communities. In light of the highly criminalized environment in which street art currently exists, CAPS will seek to find creative new ways of connecting street artists together and with the broader community while respecting members rights to both anonymity and freedom of expression.
