Doesn't this home we designed to overlook Okanagan Lake look like the perfect place to spend some time? (A whole LOT of time!!)

Updated colours and materials.

Which one is your favourite?

We're excited to be working on this incredible custom estate residence, totaling nearly 14,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space.

From the moment you arrive, the scale is impressive—but what excites us most isn't the size. It's the opportunity to create a home that reflects our clients' lifestyle, priorities, and vision. Every custom home tells a story, and this one is no exception.

With soaring spaces, carefully balanced proportions, and timeless architectural detailing, this project is being designed to feel both grand and welcoming—a home that will serve generations to come.

At DRAW Design Studios, we believe great design starts with listening. The result is a home that not only looks beautiful but functions beautifully for the people who will live there.

We look forward to sharing more of this project as it continues to develop.

If you could include one dream feature in a custom home of this scale, what would it be? 👇

Some homes just have that presence the moment you see them.

It’s the mix of structure, detail, and intention that makes everything come together effortlessly.

If you’re dreaming bigger for your next build, this is your sign to go for it.

Luxury isn’t always about spending more, it’s about choosing better.

The right design decisions can completely change how a space feels without overdoing it.

Keep this in mind the next time you’re planning a refresh.

The kind of space that makes you slow down and actually enjoy being home.

It’s that perfect mix of modern and timeless that never goes out of style.

If this feels like your kind of living, you’re already thinking like a designer.

Clean lines, bold contrast, and just the right amount of drama… this is where everyday routines feel a little more elevated.

Thoughtful design turns a simple space into something you actually enjoy being in.

Save this if your dream kitchen looks a lot like this.
