Peel menus are written for the clinic, not for you. Names, percentages, numbers that mean nothing unless you already know what they mean.
Start with the concern instead.
Breakouts and congestion want a peel that gets into the pore to clear oil and buildup, usually salicylic. Dullness and uneven tone want brightening, usually lactic or glycolic. Fine lines and texture want resurfacing, often a Jessner or TCA blend, done as a series rather than a one-off.
Two things people don't get told. Downtime varies a lot between peels, so we match it to your calendar as well as your skin. And skin tone matters. Deeper tones can respond to the wrong peel with more pigment rather than less, which is why we assess first and sometimes start lighter than you'd expect.
September is the right month for this. UV is dropping, which is exactly when pigment work should be scheduled.

Most people book the treatment they've heard of. Then they wonder why it didn't do the thing they wanted.
Every one of these treatments is good. They're just good at different jobs.
Dull, congested, dehydrated skin is a surface problem. A HydraFacial cleanses, extracts and hydrates in one pass, and you walk out looking better with nothing to hide.
Sun spots and uneven tone sit deeper. That needs a peel or the Clarity II laser, and September is the right month for it now that UV is dropping.
Texture, scarring and fine lines are structural. Microneedling or Potenza RF work by prompting your own collagen, so results build over months rather than showing up the same afternoon.
If you're looking at all three and thinking yes, that's normal. Most faces have more than one thing going on, and the order you treat them in matters. That's what the consult sorts out.

You hit the goal. You feel great. And then you catch yourself at a certain angle and the skin hasn't quite caught up.
That's not a failure of willpower or a sign you did it wrong. Skin stretches to cover you over time, and when weight comes off quickly, collagen and elastin don't always keep pace. Rapid change can simply outrun what skin can do on its own.
For mild to moderate laxity, Exilis can help. It heats the deeper layers to tighten the collagen you have and prompt new collagen over the months after. It's comfortable, there's no downtime, and results build gradually rather than arriving overnight.
Here's the part most clinics skip. If you've lost a significant amount and there's real skin excess, no device is going to fix that, and we'll tell you so rather than sell you a package that won't deliver. Radiofrequency works on laxity, not on excess.
Worth a proper look either way, so you know which one you're dealing with.

Turns out posting the honest stuff works.
The people booking with us right now mostly found us the same way: a reel about why more filler isn't always the answer, a carousel about which peel actually suits which concern, a post where we said out loud that a treatment isn't right for everyone.
Nobody books because a clinic said it was the best. They book because something finally explained the thing they'd been quietly wondering about for two years.
So thank you for watching, saving, sending them to a friend, and then walking through the door. It's the whole reason we keep making them.

You've probably done this. Booked one treatment, hoped it would handle everything, and come away feeling like something still wasn't right.
That's not a bad treatment. It's a treatment doing one job when three needed doing.
Structure is the support underneath. Firmness, a bit of volume where it's gone, tightening where things have softened.
Skin quality is the surface. Tone, texture, brown spots, redness. Great structure under dull skin still reads tired.
Upkeep is what you do at home between appointments. Least glamorous, most important, and the reason some people hold their results while others keep starting over.
Tightening won't fix tone. A facial won't rebuild support. Homecare can't undo what's already there.
None of which means booking everything at once. A good plan is one or two things at a time, in a sensible order, at a budget that works. It's a direction, not a shopping list.

Two products, two different jobs, one appointment.
Voluma went deep on the cheekbone for structure and lift. Volift sat softer and closer to the surface to smooth the transition down into the midface. Layering them means you get support where the face has flattened without the fullness landing in one obvious spot.
One millilitre of each. That's less than most people picture when they hear cheek filler, and it's usually the difference between looking rested and looking treated.
Individual results vary.

Most people book a HydraFacial and take whatever comes standard, which is a bit like ordering coffee and not being told there's a menu.
The booster is the part that makes it yours. Brightening if you're looking at brown spots or uneven tone. Calming if your skin runs red. Hydration if it's been feeling tight and thirsty. Renewal if fine lines are the thing you notice first.
Same treatment, same 45 minutes, same walk straight back into your day with nothing to hide. The booster just points it at whatever your skin is doing right now, which is rarely the same thing it was doing three months ago.
Tell your provider what's bothering you when you're in the chair. That's all it takes to change what you leave with.
