Building a custom home takes time but is always worthwhile in our opinion…I mean it’s exactly the home you’ve dreamed of!

Typically it’s a 12 months process from the time construction starts. Usually it can take up to 4-6 months get a permit from first consultation! Setting realistic expectations and speaking with your builder will help keep your mind at ease during this process!
