Mark your calendars! The SFPO is proud to support the 2026 Saskatchewan Police & Peace Officers Memorial. Please join us on Sunday, September 27, in Regina to honor and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice protecting our communities.

The 𝗦𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 are officially set, and registration is open. The top team takes the provincial crown and earns a ticket to Edmonton to represent Saskatchewan at the 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 (April 3–10, 2027).

This is what community looks like. In June 2026, two Saskatchewan RCMP officers were injured in the line of duty in Melville. In the days and months that followed, support poured in from Melville, surrounding communities, and across Canada. Through fundraisers, donations, messages of encouragement, and thoughtful gestures, you made a difference. The support received reflected the strength, resilience, and spirit of the communities we are proud to serve. Thank you for standing with us. We are stronger together. 💙

One week later, and we’re still smiling about all the colour, laughter, and incredible community spirit!

As summer winds down and everyone gets ready for back-to-school, MAX wanted to say one more big THANK YOU to everyone who made the 2026 Max Fun Colour Run 5K such a fantastic day.

We’re excited to see everyone at the Max‑Fun Colour Run 5K this Sunday, August 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. It’s going to be a fantastic day celebrating community, fun, and colour.

Participants can register and pick up their Race Package between 9:15 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. at the Start/Finish Line near Fresh Air Fitness in Woodlawn Regional Park. Arriving early will help keep everything running smoothly so you’re ready to hit the course right at 10.

We can’t wait to share an amazing race day with you.
