The second gazpacho in Chef Giuseppe’s summer series takes us to Spain. 🇪🇸
Our Spanish Tomato Gazpacho brings together Roma tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion and garlic with extra virgin olive oil and red w**e vinegar — blended until silky, bright and savoury.
Finished with fresh pico de gallo, chopped herbs and a touch of honey, it’s a refreshing taste of the summer garden, served chilled.
