Happy back to school day!! The level of excitement in this house is off the charts if ya can't tell 😉 and only 1 kid over slept their alarm 🤦

Had a day date today and checked out the Fort Erie Food fest at the Fort Erie racetrack today the food was absolutely amazing!!! We're a little biased but Mama J's eats and treats hit it out of the park as usual!!! And Rick picked up a salami pizza from The Crust by Q. Highly recommend both vendors!!

Thank you to everyone at Impact Health for the last 10 years!!! It was extremely bitter sweet turning the lights off for the last time. I am forever grateful to everyone I've worked with and every patient that I've gotten to work with over the last decade ❤️
