In 1952 Dr. Robert Lidkea founded our Clinic. In 1994 Dr. Bruce Lidkea joined the practice. We have 4 full time and 1 part time staff who offer a variety of skills to provide our patients with a high level of professional service . Our staff works together to provide prompt optometric care to all patients that visit our Clinic. The precision of using digital eye care equipment ensures accuracy of your prescription, and of any disease diagnosis and treatments.

We celebrate Macy as she graduates from Trent University with a bachelor of science with honours in biomedical science. We are very proud of her & excited for her next chapter. Macy has been with us since high school. It’s been exciting watching her grow into an amazing young lady! Congrats on your hard work Macy!!!

74 years ago today, Dr. Robert Lidkea founded Lidkea Optometry. Today Dr. Bruce Lidkea is continuing to serve the community his dad loved so much! We certainly miss Dr. Bob ❤️🩹
