YMM Collaborative Practice is looking for a Hybrid Office Administrator (Contract Position) to join our team for 20–30 hours per week.
If you’re highly organized, love creating exceptional client experiences, and enjoy a mix of in-person and virtual work, we’d love to hear from you!
In this role, you’ll help keep our clinic running smoothly by:
• Welcoming clients into our space
• Managing appointments and scheduling
• Supporting billing and administrative tasks
• Assisting our team behind the scenes to provide exceptional care
We’re looking for someone who is:

✨ Able to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
This is a contract position with a flexible hybrid schedule, offering the opportunity to be part of a compassionate, client-centered mental health practice.

Secure one of our last 10 child/youth assessment spots in the coming weeks. YMM Collaborative Practice offers assessments and follow-up supports to match the needs of you and your child. A full debrief session explaining any findings is included as well as a full psychoeducational report for you provide to school with intervention, recommendations and a treatment plan curated to your child’s needs. You will also be connected to LOCAL resources as well as any other relevant resources or referrals that you may need.

Hoop Heroes Inclusive Basketball Association provides an inclusive, supportive space where children ages 5-18 of all abilities can experience the joy of basketball, build skills, and develop confidence.
Their commitment to creating a safe, fun, and positive environment aligns closely with our commitment to supporting mental health and wellness in our community. Programs like this not only foster physical activity, but also promote social development, self-esteem, and emotional well-being.

Each year YMM Collaborative Practice makes an effort to provide donations and sponsorships to a number of initiatives that align with our vision and values, and that give back to the Wood Buffalo Region.
