Location: Sunshine Coast, BC
Position: Full-Time
Pay: Carpenters - starting at $33+ based on experience
Labourers $25+ - based on experience
Start Date: As soon as possible

Our team is expanding and we're looking for skilled Carpenters to join our team.

Some of your key responsibilities within this role will include:
- Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients in accordance with the BC Building Code and/or engineer specifications
- Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding
- Measure, cut, or shape wood, drywall and other materials
- Construct building frameworks, including wall studs, floor joists, and doorframes, truss and roof install
- Help erect, level, and install building framework with the aid of large pulleys and cranes
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
- Instruct and direct laborers and other construction trade helpers

More About You...
You have/are:
- A minimum of 3-5 years working as a Carpenter
- Knowledge of BC Building Code
- Knowledge of safe operation of basic hand and power tools
- Knowledge of workplace safety
- Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- The ability to work well in a team or independently
- Are highly reliable and punctual
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to travel to work sites across the Sunshine Coast
- Valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle

As our ideal candidate, you have a positive attitude along with strong interpersonal skills and an eagerness to learn. You are a motivated self-starter with high attention to detail and accuracy, along with strong problem-solving skills.
