Greg Presseault Photography

It's world photography day today, and I thought I'd show one of the more unusual sights I've seen in one of my photos.

First photo is of water hitting the breakwall building, launching water into the air high enough to create a shadow in the air!

How is this possible? What we're seeing are very fine droplets of water spray that aren't getting hit by sunlight because of the height of the wave.

Another shot points out the shadow for anyone who can't quite see it.

Lastly I included another shot from the same day, but with different post-processing. I did that because Facebook doesn't handle 2 photos very well. lol 😎 Oh yea, it also shows how conditions can change, a shot, and how post-processing can also influence a shot a lot.

I hope you enjoy the photos.

And finally, batch 5, aka, "the end." :)

Phew!

Batch 4!

Batch 3!

Batch 2, incoming! :)

OK! Here are ALL the shots I got Sat afternoon. This includes the 13 I posted before, but these have only had a "fast pass," or fast pass-over, so they haven't been cropped, or been individually tweaked.

It's the fastest way to get the shots out there without working on 200+ shots before anyone sees them.

I'll have to do multiple posts because FB won't let me upload that many photos as once.

If anyone would like a shot as a print or something, just let me know. That's when I would go back and give that shot a proper post processing.

Thanks,

Greg

Some shots from a few of the baseball games today.

I took some time to go get some photos of the Don Johnston Memorial Slo-Pitch Tournament today.

Here are just a few of the shots I got.
