Community Paramedicine
🏡🚑 Care doesn’t always start in an emergency.
Through community paramedicine, paramedics support patients at home, manage chronic conditions, reduce repeat emergency calls, provide at home immunization and blood draws and help people stay healthier and independent.
Better care starts in the community.
Teamwork in Care
🤝 Paramedic services are one part of a broader healthcare and emergency response system.
Working closely with emergency communications specialists, fire, police, nurses, physicians, and community partners ensures patients receive coordinated care from first contact onward.
Better care starts with teamwork.
