Have you tried cooking with beef fat?

When you cook with beef tallow, the oil is very heat-stable and doesn’t go rancid. It has a much higher smoke point than most seed oils, fries food quickly, and doesn’t soak into the food unnecessarily. It’s very healthy and can be cheaper; you can get it directly from a farm. Animal fat is healthy.

Castlegar & Trail Delivery
I plan to be at the Castlegar complex around 2:30-3 then I plan to be in
Trail arena 4:30 till 5.

Place your order my 9 am Saturday February 10th or I will bring some extra meat if anyone is needing anything
I will have some sausages, steaks roasts, stew, stir fry, short ribs and ground

I am going to Castlegar and trail on Saturday afternoon if anyone wants some beef!
