We carry trusted brands and offer the kind of personal service you only get from a neighbourhood shop. Our goal is simple: to make caring for pets feel easy, personal, and welcoming.

Three neighbourhoods. Three stores. One goal, get you excited about shopping local.
Meet the faces behind three of your favourite local pet stores. We are Hello Pets, East Coast Dog, and The Barkside Pet Supplies, and starting this Saturday, September 26, we are teaming up for Neighbourhood Pet Store Day.
Here is how it works. Pick up a passport card at any of our three stores. Make a purchase at each shop and we will mark your card, no minimum required. Once your card is marked at all three shops, you are entered to win one of three prizes, a $500 gift basket, a $250 gift basket, or a $100 gift basket.
We could see each other as competition. Instead we see each other as neighbours who care about the same thing, healthy pets and a strong local community. That is the real difference with shopping local, real people who know your pet's name, not just a transaction.
Entries open September 26 and run through November 30. Winners announced the first week of December.

Pepper stole the show with some serious trick skills for treats! We had such an amazing time at the Paws in the Park event, a fundraiser supporting ElderDog and their mission to help senior dogs stay with the people who love them.
It was so great to say hello to so many pups and their people, and to spend the day alongside other local businesses including our good friends The Barkside, East Coast Dog | Shop & Grooming Co., Planet Paws, Crazy Dog Dehydrated Treats Sam & Paisley Treat Company | Premium Pet Treats, GTG Rat Sports and more.
Thank you to everyone who came out, we cannot wait for next year!
