Please welcome Vanessa Betts to the Keystone team, joining us as Operations Manager.

Vanessa brings more than 15 years of experience across financial services and the Nova Scotia public sector, with a background in operations leadership, regulatory policy, financial advising, and relationship management.

In her new role, Vanessa oversees the day-to-day operations of Keystone's mortgage portfolio and servicing functions, with a focus on regulatory compliance, operational risk, and team development. She holds a Master of Social Policy from the University of Central Lancashire and a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Psychology from Saint Mary's University.

Outside of work, Vanessa spends time with her husband, two young children, and (objectively) the best dog in the world. She's active in the local school community and volunteers her policy expertise with non-profit organizations.
