Oh friends... the wedding I had the honor of coordinating on Saturday was one for the books. ❤️

Almost a year ago, Hilary reached out to me to help plan her and David's big day Originally a local gal, she and David now lived in Ontario but were looking to host their family and friends in Fredericton for a perfect East Coast Wedding.

From the very beginning, they had one vision: a day filled with their favorite people, incredible food, and unforgettable entertainment. And let me tell you... they absolutely delivered.

One of the greatest privileges of being a wedding planner is walking alongside a couple through every stage of their planning journey. Over months of planning, you get to know them, celebrate the milestones with them, and witness a love story unfold in a way that most guests never get to see.

When I say Hilary and David were meant for each other, I truly mean it. Their love wasn't just something you could see—it was something you could feel. It radiated through every smile, every glance, every laugh, and every moment they shared.

Those are the weddings that stay with you long after the last dance.

Hilary and David, thank you for trusting me with one of the most important days of your lives. It was an absolute honour to be part of your story. I wish you guys many years of love, happiness and most importantly a life full of ‘bubbles’. Cheers!

As always, the day wouldn't have been as perfect as it was without the help and expertise of some amazing vendors!

Venue: Crowne Plaza Fredericton-Lord Beaverbrook Jenni and Tannecia, it was amazing to collaborate with you guys. You were rock stars through all of the planning and even more impressive that day! The food was also super delicious!

Photographer: Apple & Egg Photography, Kat you and Cory were so great to work with and the sneak peaks (check out the beautiful candid pic below) are fabulous. I can't wait to see more!

Floral: Galbraith Florist - Hilary had a very artistic vision for her bouquet and welcome table arrangement, and all I can say is WOW! They nailed it, even going as far to hand paint some of their florals to match the exact color Hilary had been envisioning.

Linens, backdrop and King's Table Decor: Exclusive Events Inc....I mean you all know how I feel about working with Jennifer, she always goes above and beyond for her couples.

Desserts: Mike & Co. and Mrs. Dunster's Inc, soooooo delicious and so fun to have desserts served family style to each table.

And last but certainly not least, If there was one thing Hilary and David were absolutely certain about, it was that they wanted their guests to have a night they would never forget. They knew that booking Merimac was the key to making that happen—and they were absolutely right.

From the moment they took the stage, the energy was incredible. The guys were an absolute pleasure to work with, and they kept the dance floor packed and the party going all night long. There wasn't a lull in sight!

Now, everyone knows I have a huge appreciation for our incredibly talented local DJs—they are amazing at what they do. But if having a live band fits within your wedding budget, I can't recommend Merimac highly enough. They brought an energy that was contagious and helped create one unforgettable celebration.

Gonna be a rockin time in Antigonish! 🤘🏼
