ARTIST SPOTLIGHT ⚡

Montreal-based producer and DJ is a classically trained pianist and drummer who has masterfully bridged the gap between organic textures and modern dancefloors. Since his breakout debut on Get Physical’s Kindisch label in 2016, his signature blend of deep, progressive house and world music has garnered over 15 million streams. With standout releases on iconic imprints like Anjunadeep and Sol Selectas—including the soul-stirring anthem "Nous"—Kora has cemented his reputation as a leading light in the scene, even earning the title of the highest-selling Deep House artist on Beatport.

Beyond the studio, Kora is a seasoned performer who has brought his hypnotic, melodic journeys to over 30 countries. From a long-time residency at the legendary Stereo Montréal to world-renowned stages like Tomorrowland, Burning Man, and Piknic Électronik, his extended sets are celebrated for their emotional resonance and genre-blurring depth. He has shared the booth with industry titans such as Hernan Cattaneo and John Digweed, consistently inviting audiences to harmonize in the present moment through his immersive live shows.

As a visionary artist, Kora is also the co-founder of a label that has nurtured nearly 100 releases with a core mission of using art to support the fight against climate change. His creative reach extends to collaborations with world musicians like Mercan Dede and official remixes for celebrated composers like Ludovico Einaudi. Whether he is performing an "all night long" set or capturing his travels as a global nomad, Kora continues to craft a unique narrative that weaves together nature’s rhythms and immersive electronic soundscapes.

Don't miss this rare opportunity to experience his live set at LAB 007 on May 9th for what promises to be another unforgettable journey through the labyrinth 🫠😎🖤
