The Green Knights presented Lt Steve Docherty with a Donation to 62 RHLI Army Cadets.

Tuesday 15 September 2026 the following Cadets received their Awards from Annual:

Dress for Tuesday is FTU’s

Please bring pen and paper for classes.

All members of 62 are invited and encouraged to participate this year in the Canadian Walk for Veterans.
Although this is not a cadet activity, volunteer hours will be granted to those who participate.
The details are available on the attached website. Registration is $25 for adults and $10 for cadets. Each registered participant will also receive a challenge coin, which changes each year.

On Tuesday September 15th at 6:30 we will be holding an introductory session for Parents/Guardians.

For anyone that is wanting to join our Support Committee, we will have the necessary paperwork available.

If you have previously requested to join our Support Committee and haven’t yet received your I.D. Tag yet, we would ask that you complete the form again and we will have your Application expedited.

Please bring photo ID, which we will photocopy and we will also take 2 photos for your ID Tag.

Good afternoon, 62 Army Cadets and families!

We are excited to launch the 2026–2027 training year!
Our opening training night takes place on Tuesday, September 8th, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the John Foote Armoury (200 James Street North, Hamilton).

NEW RECRUITS:
We are actively welcoming new members! If you know a friend or family member who might be interested, please invite them to join us. New recruits should come prepared with the following:
*Accompanying Adult: A parent or guardian to sign the application.
*Identification: Birth Certificate, passport or any other government-issued ID
*Health Insurance: Ontario Health Insurance Plan Card or private insurance information.
*Personal Supplies: A water bottle, notebook, and pen
*Attire: Comfortable, clean clothing suitable for activity

PARENT INFORMATION SESSION:
Parents and guardians are cordially invited to an introductory information session on Tuesday, September 15th, at 6:30 p.m. Further details regarding this session will be provided during our initial night on September 8th.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back and beginning another successful training year together.
