Sharing your feelings with those that care about you will help you release the heavyweight that feelings can carry. Who do you trust? Engage with them and express yourself in an honest way. Expressing your feelings will help you with part of the healing journey. It can make you feel vulnerable when expressing feelings, but do it anyway. There is strength in loving yourself enough to ask for help, and to honour yourself. Not all feelings are difficult. Embrace and enjoy the wonderful feelings as well.
