It can also weigh heavy on your heart at times, when the people involved are close to you. You can only control how “you”respond, or react to any situation, but you truly have no control over others reactions. Walking away instead of participating in the drama is an empowering thing to do. Your peace of mind matters, try to make it a priority. Sometimes participation is required if the issue at hand is solvable, but at times drama is part of the purpose of the disturbance. There is no need to engage with it…. Ever. Choose to turn around and disconnect from it whenever possible. You will never regret it.
