🧰 Learning Connections Hamilton (LCH) and the Hamilton Steelworkers Area Council are supporting the steel industry with the Skills Pathways for Work initiative!

If you've been laid off from the steel industry, or have experience in the industry and are seeking employment, Skills Pathways for Work can help.

We'll work with you to
- identify the skills and training you need to succeed, including digital skills
- build an individualized plan
- connect with programs and help you stay on track

Eligibility
🔹 18+ and a resident of Ontario
🔹 legally able to work in Canada
🔹 laid off from the steel industry (some exceptions apply)
🔹 on Employment Insurance (EI)
🔹 not in full-time education/training

As part of this program, we're working with the Hamilton Literacy Council to offer free Digital Skills training for program participants! The next course starts in November.
