Next Generation Siding

My recent clients Marco & Kathy wanted to insulate there home. They felt water was getting in by windows and they were right as u can see 😳!! Reason being wasn't done right... So changed a few sheets of aspanite and made aluminum trim around all windows and doors to seal it properly. 💯 Better eh?! 🤙🏻🤠

Got this 45ft eaves all put up alone! 💪🏻😏.. Had gotten dented by tree so had to tear it down and make a new seamless eavestrough! That bay window was a pain working around setting up 40ft ladder up there safely but got r dun😵😅!

My good friend Tina here wanted to finally get the upper part of her house resided since the chimney was taken down for years and was left open. So installed new soffit, fascia, window flashing, siding. Much better eh?! 🤙🏻🔨🤓... Eventually will have bottom done so installed aluminum transition line to still make it look nice and have the hardest part done. # sidersofinsta

Stewart here wanted to rip off old siding and add styrofoam to help insulate house 🥶! While was at he wanted to redo window flashing that wasn't installed right as you can see. But what was cool was I did neighbors place 7yrs ago and he kept my business card and called me up🤠!

Another job done!! 💪🏻🔨👷🏻‍♂️... Adrian here had an insurance job due to damaged old siding from a hailstorm, sooo while we were at it might as well insulate it and change the colour. Much better eh?!! Also made sure to work safely around the dormers... Winter of course made it more challenging but got it done! 🙄😵😏

So here's a new makeover. Dave and Breanna loved this new product called "Espace Bois", burnt wood, colour "Jaguar". They wanted the old plywood all covered up and well the design was tricky so decided to just cover the sides with aluminum which wasn't easy but got it done. Can't go wrong with a name like Jaguar for a colour 🤪!!

Backside well looks 💯 better. Dave wanted soffit roof extended if possible cuz as you see had no air flow so made it happen. Changed a few windows while we're at it and added styrofoam before Hardie Board went on. All in all looks better I'd say! 😏

So Bob and Elizabeth wanted to make a change to there place soooo what could we do.... Well... Out with the old aluminium siding and chimney and in with the new Isoclad foam, Fusion Stone and vinyl siding!! 🔨👷‍♂️👊😏 ... We made it happen. We even framed out windows and even moved eavestrough the right way! Was the first time using new Isoclad styrofoam and Fusion Stone and I would definitely highly recommend. AMAZING product!! 🤙😎

She's finally all done! 💪🥱 Complete overhaul with addition! Grey and black looks a whole lot better eh?! 👌🔨😎
