Public Notice: Community Engagement Open House
Hamilton Urban Core Community Health Centre is hosting a Community Engagement Open House about the HART Hub Residential Treatment & Recovery Services.
Residents and community members are invited to attend, learn more about the operational plan, hear updates, and ask questions.
📅 Tuesday, June 23, 2026
🕡 Starts at 6:30 p.m.
📍 McMaster Innovation Park
175 Longwood Road S, Conference Room 1, Hamilton, ON
Topics will include the client journey, service delivery model, number of beds, referral process, staffing, site readiness, and community questions.
Submit questions in advance or request accommodations, including translation or accessibility supports, by June 19, 2026.

Service Canada will be at Hamilton Urban Core on June 22 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM to help community members access information and support for:
