Let’s Drive supports young people as they prepare for the G1 knowledge test, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to become safe, responsible, and empowered drivers.

🎉 A Weekend of Family, Fun, and Community at HUCCHC!

On September 18, we welcomed 41 clients for a special Movie Night featuring Moana. Families and community members relaxed, enjoyed the film, and connected in a warm and welcoming environment. 🎬🍿

The fun continued on September 19 with Community Saturday, bringing together 44 clients for games, puzzles, creative activities, food, and refreshments. 🎨🧩

What a wonderful day of learning, collaboration, and connection! Our team came together this weekend to strengthen how we use Greenspace, build consistency in our documentation practices, and help ensure seamless, coordinated care for our clients.

By learning and growing together, we’re continuing to build a more connected, collaborative, and client-centred approach to mental health support.

Join us for a special Truth and Reconciliation Event at Hamilton Urban Core Community Health Centre on September 29 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Learn from Indigenous speakers from the Hamilton Regional Indian Centre, experience traditional drumming, hear teachings about Indigenous history, traditions, cultural regalia, and the impacts of residential schools, and participate in a traditional smudging ceremony. Representatives from the Art Gallery of Hamilton will also showcase Indigenous artwork and share information about Indigenous-focused exhibits and programs.

Together, let's listen, learn, reflect, and honour Indigenous voices.
