A letter from our Past-Chair, David Silvestro: "After two great years, it's time to sign off as YEP Chair and pass the torch. It’s been an honour to connect with and advocate for young professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives and leaders across Hamilton.

When we relaunched YEP post-pandemic, the goal was to help young professionals move forward with new opportunities to connect, learn, grow, and make Hamilton their own. Seeing these meaningful friendships and partnerships develop through YEP has been a rewarding experience.

I’m excited to hand things over to our new Chair, Joseph Apps, who was officially announced at the Hamilton Chamber's Annual General Meeting last night. Joe played a key role in YEP’s 2023 relaunch and will do a fantastic job steering the YEP Division for the next two years.

I'm happy to share that Cassandra Rattana will be stepping into the Vice Chair role, in addition to running YEP's social platforms. You are in great hands with Joe and Cass!

I also want to give a shout-out to fellow YEP Executive member MacNeal Lashley, who is stepping away from the executive this year. Thanks for your leadership and positive energy, Mac!
