In recognition of , meet Karenna’onwe (Dr. Karen Hill) who will share her new book 'The Good Mind' at West Harbour Branch next Tuesday, September 29 from 5-6pm. https://events.hpl.ca/event/17364852

Hill is an award-winning Mohawk physician and advocate for traditional Indigenous knowledge.
The new novel is about the author's mother who was born during the Depression on Six Nations of the Grand River Territory. Books will be available for purchase on-site, or feel free to bring yours for signing.

First official author event at the new West Harbour Branch was a success on all fronts! Many came out on Wednesday night to listen to author Louis Busch discuss his new book, Carry Your Heart with Assistant Professor of Indigenous Studies at McMaster University, Dr. Savage Bear.

Epic Books sold out of all their copies as fans waited to meet and get an autograph from Busch.
